Winter Pastels With Farrar

At the moment, in every shop, instagram post or fashion magazine - you will see winter pastels trending. Alot of people assume pastel colours can only be worn in the summer - however that is just not the case.

Pastel hues on paler skintones look amazing, which is great for most of us who have lost our summer glow by now! My personal favourites are pastel pink and blue - which can be easily matched with non pastel shades.

So where can you find the key pieces on the highstreet this A/W?

These Roll Neck sweaters are the easiest way to stay on trend this fall. They are amazingly soft and as they are thinner they're perfect for layering! Match with a high waisted skirt or jeans. And If you want to go head to toe in pastel this a/w, this skirt would be perfect with either top.

Pinks and greys always pair well and it makes wearing pastel that bit easier for those of you who aren't all that sure on how to work this trend.

My favourite pastel H&M piece is the final fluffy jumper. Fluffy jumpers are ALL OVER the highstreet this fall and I will post a 'favourites post' soon with where I think the best ones can be found. However back to H&M and pastels haha. I love the pink colour of this jumper, its also cropped making it really easy to wear with everything and it comes in a sky blue colour aswell. However, after trying both on hehe, I think that the blue would drain the colour from paler skintones unlike the pink which is really complimentary with both paler and tanned skintones :)
